Bag filter

The bag filter is a device that uses bags (i.e., filter bags) as filtering elements to capture dust particles in dust-laden gas. Its working principle mainly includes three processes: filtration, dust cleaning, and ash discharge. When dust-laden gas passes through the bags, dust particles are captured and deposited by the fiber layer on the bag surface, while clean gas penetrates the filter bags into the clean air chamber and is eventually discharged through the exhaust outlet. When dust accumulation on the bag surface reaches a certain level, the dust cleaning system is required to remove the dust from the bags to ensure the continuous high-efficiency operation of the filter.
